 The
Dam Fast 5K Run Series is a no frills, fast 5K designed to encourage
running improvement
Located on
the Lake Oroville Dam, the Dam Fast 5K is held the first Wednesday night
of each month May - August at 6:30 p.m. Participate in three out of
four events to qualify for prizes and a shirt.

**Walkers
welcome - under 1 hour will receive an official time.
Registration
There is no
late registration penalty! Each race is only $10. Sign up for all four
Dam Fast runs and get $5 off! Since this is a no-frills event...we suggest
just bringing your registration to the event - no need to mail it in!

all levels, beginners to advanced, are welcome to come out and test
their fitness each month

Awards
Awards will
be presented on the final night (Wednesday, August 5) to the runner
who has the highest overall percent improvement over the course of the
four events.
Course Description
The course
has a little bit of everything! It has flat areas, some uphills, some
downhills and not a lick of shade! But, it does have a beautiful view
of Lake Oroville.
Entry Fees
$10, always
is and always will be. Sign up for all four Dam Fast 5K runs at one
time and pay $35 (save $5).
